Return Eligibility

- ✓Damaged items: Products that arrive damaged during shipping are eligible for full replacement or refund.
- ✓Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong product, we will send the correct item at no additional cost.
- ✓Quality issues: Products that do not meet our stated purity specifications are eligible for replacement.
How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.
Ship the product back using the provided return label (for eligible returns).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following are not eligible for returns: products that have been opened or reconstituted, products returned after the 7-day window, and products that show signs of improper storage or tampering.
