1. Acceptance of Terms

All products sold by Nuvopeptide are intended strictly for in vitro laboratory and research purposes only. Products are not for human or animal consumption and are not intended for any clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, or veterinary application. Our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety or efficacy. By purchasing, you confirm that you are acquiring products solely for legitimate research purposes.

3. Your Attestations

When you create an account you make the following attestations, which are incorporated by reference into and form part of these Terms: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are acquiring products solely for in vitro laboratory research; (c) you understand the products are not for human or animal consumption and have not been evaluated by the FDA; and (d) you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The version and timestamp of your attestations are recorded with your account. If these attestations are materially updated, continued purchasing may require renewed acknowledgement. You agree that knowingly false attestations may result in account termination, order cancellation, and loss of refund rights.

4. Prohibited Uses; No Resale or Diversion

You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, relabel, or transfer our products to any third party. You may not use, or permit the use of, our products for: (a) human or animal consumption; (b) any clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or medical purpose; (c) cosmetic, food, or beverage applications; or (d) any unlawful purpose or any use that circumvents applicable laws or the rules of our payment processors or carriers. Violation of this section results in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of refund rights, and may result in legal action.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction. Some states or localities may restrict certain compounds; it is your responsibility to verify that your purchase is lawful where you are located. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

6. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are visible only to registered account holders. We reserve the right to modify prices, refuse, or cancel any order at any time. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Free shipping is provided on orders over $100; orders below that threshold are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99. Estimated delivery times are guidelines and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, and we will not knowingly ship to a jurisdiction where a product is restricted or prohibited.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research materials, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. Opened vials cannot be returned. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned products.

9. Assumption of Risk; Limitation of Liability

By purchasing and handling our products, you assume all risks associated with their storage, handling, and use in a research setting. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvopeptide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from our own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nuvopeptide LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your breach of these Terms or any attestation; (b) your misuse, mishandling, resale, or diversion of our products; or (c) any third-party claim arising from your use of our products.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Wyoming; where arbitration is not permitted, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Nuvopeptide LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
