Shipping Policy
Free Shipping on Orders Over $150
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders exceeding $150. Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground to ensure reliable delivery:

Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future. Please contact us for institutional or bulk orders requiring special arrangements.
Storage & Handling
Temperature-Controlled Packaging
Peptides are shipped with cold packs when necessary to maintain product integrity during transit. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods during shipping.
Upon Arrival: Store at -20°C
Immediately upon receipt, store all lyophilized peptides at -20°C (standard freezer) for optimal long-term stability. Reconstituted peptides should be stored at -20°C and used within 30 days. See individual product pages for specific storage requirements.
Handling Best Practices
To preserve peptide quality and integrity:
- ✓Allow vials to reach room temperature before opening to prevent condensation
- ✓Use sterile, bacteriostatic water for reconstitution
- ✓Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles
- ✓Aliquot reconstituted peptides for single-use applications
Returns Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, sealed packaging with intact tamper-evident seals.
How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, product name, and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions and an RMA number.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of research chemicals, the following items cannot be returned:
- ✗Opened or unsealed vials
- ✗Products with damaged or missing tamper-evident seals
- ✗Products stored improperly after delivery
- ✗Custom or special order items (unless defective)
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
