Description
IGF-1 LR3 (Long Arg3 IGF-1) is a recombinant analogue of insulin-like growth factor-1 with an N-terminal extension and Arg3 substitution that dramatically reduces IGF binding protein (IGFBP) affinity, extending its biological half-life approximately 120-fold compared to native IGF-1.
